Broken Skin: Best of 2009

So I was poking around the interwebs and stumbled upon the second issue of webzine Deadlines. In it, they have a list of their best of/must-read books of 2009. Imagine my surprise when I saw Broken Skin listed! I’m in there with some incredible company, so it’s a real honor to be included.

Good company indeed. I’ve only read about 6-8 of those books, but out of what I’ve read I’d rank them Under the Dome, His Father’s Son, Broken Skin, Depraved, and then (two steps down) the rest (to be fair though, I haven’t got my coppies of Apeshit or Drood in the mail yet). Please, please keep up the good work and keep entertaining us. We’re all counting on decades of stories–a whole bright career’s worth–from you.
